When cgroups v2 is enabled, and cgroups v1 is disabled, the launch script is attempting to read not existing files.

This fix: https://github.com/jboss-openshift/cct_module/pull/423 has been merged in the main branch, a 0.45.6 release of cct_module should be created and images rebuilt based on this new tag.
