Checking migration doc in revision 7632883, where it claims the migrate operation is able to migrate global valves, this is currently not true as migrating global valves is not yet possible, see JBEAP-954.

Note there already exist PR in upstream. Hopefully the support for migrating the global valves will make it in product, thus filing this JIRA mainly for keeping track that the feature is not yet in EAP 7.
