jboss-as-messaging_1_4.xsd in EAP 7 is not the same as jboss-as-messaging_1_4.xsd in EAP 6

In previous release of Wildfly wrong jboss-as-messaging_1_4.xsd file was mistakenly released. This error was fixed by introducing jboss-as-messaging_1_5.xsd file in EAP 7 which corresponds to jboss-as-messaging_1_4.xsd in EAP 6. I think now we have a chance to fix this hack, before Wildfly 10 and EAP 7 will be released. Since we just add new attributes into the EAP 7's version of jboss-as-messaging_1_4.xsd, no bugs should be arised from this change.
