Description of problem:
"The system cannot find path specified" on server output of bat scripts when '%' char is on path. Power shell scripts run correctly.
How reproducible:
Windows
Steps to Reproduce:
- Move EAP to folder containing '%' and start server using [standalone|domain].bat
Actual results:
