I see also (sometimes) Timeout Exceptions at the initial nodes .... e.g.  ISPN000136: Error executing command GetKeyValueCommand on Cache 'test.war', writing keys []: org.infinispan.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: ISPN000476: Timed out waiting for responses for request x from node-y
