Prerequisite for building the Azure image is JBEAP compose exists and is present under /mnt/redhat/released (this is not a hard requirement, as long as the compose is present under /mnt/redhat/* it's possible to build the image).

Wait for SPMM releng to make the compose available and proceed with image build (next task).
