      7.4.12 CR3 openjdk-11 OpenShift image registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/jboss-eap-7-eap74-openjdk11-openshift-rhel8:7.4.12-3 does not contain /usr/lib/jvm/java-11-openjdk-11.0.20.0.8-2.el8.x86_64/lib/tzdb.dat causing the OperatorQuickstartsSmokeTest and QuickstartsSmokeTest to fail with an error
