What we can (and we cannot) support

Jakarta/JTA Transactions can be supported, as far as:

      • Scale down is disabled
      • If it is confirmed that crashed nodes are automatically replaced with new nodes, Orphan transactions can be supported
      • JTS cannot be supported
      • Transaction over EJB remoting cannot be supported

If a load balancer is part of the environment, the Data Grid team and/or the Clustering team should be asked if transaction stickiness will be guaranteed

The current doc on Azure says that transactions are not supported at all. This needs to be updated once we have language for the restrictions.
