This is intermittent issue. Sometimes happens that Insights java client in EAP 7.4.11 generates invalid json. Issue is intermittent and usually next report generation fixes it.

Problematic part is the the end of json report where there are 2 two closing "}}" instead of just one. Currently observed in report stored in /var/tmp/insights-runtimes/uploads for RHEL Insights client to be picked up.
