[GSS](7.4.z) UNDERTOW-2267 - Fix change in behaviour of Servlet.init() method when loadOnStartup is required

    Description

      Previous Catalina Based implementation was just logging ERRORS if Servlet.init() method failed when loadOnStartup was required. Undertow based implementation propagates this exception upwards.
