[DOC](7.4) Clarifying "deployment-* files in data directory" in Patching and Upgrading Guide

In "3.1. Preparing for an upgrade" in the Patching and Upgrading Guide, the last 2 bullet points were 1 item in the 7.3 version of the document.
Being separated into 2 items, it seems that these descriptions are hard to understand. Especially in the last item, "deployment-* files in data directory" does not seem to be related to "data/timer-service-data".

I suggest the following:

1. combine these two bullet points into one (like the previous version of the document).
2. change the wording to something like "ear-name.ejb-jar-name.ejb-name under data/timer-service-data" instead of "deployment-* files in data directory".
