activemq-artemis-native-1.0.2.redhat-00004.jar duplicated in server

the same JAR activemq-artemis-native-1.0.2.redhat-00004.jar is located in two places in unzipped EAP:

• .installation/.cache/activemq-artemis-native-1.0.2.redhat-00004.jar
• modules/system/layers/base/org/apache/activemq/artemis/journal/main/activemq-artemis-native-1.0.2.redhat-00004.jar

The JAR in .cache is probably dependency for installation manager, but does it have to be duplicated? Can't it be referenced from server modules somehow?
