More clustering changes than just SSO

      1. Chapter 3.5 in the Migration Guide discusses changes in clustered SSO. However, there have been more changes in clustering (e.g. EAP 6 used to default to REPL caches, while EAP 7 defaults to DIST caches and REPL caches are not even present in the default configuration). Not sure how much of that needs to be documented, so I'm CC-ing pferraro and emartins@redhat.com.
