The migration guide and patching documentation should capture following changes in patching mechanism:

• instead of downloading patches, the customer downloads patch repository
• the patch repository has to be unzipped and the EAP server has to be subscribed to the patch channel
• applying patch requires running update perform operation
• the patch repository has to be present on the system while the patch is being used
• reverting to a previous state that included patched artifacts, requires the patch repository to be present
