Unexpected files in maven repo zip - commons-text-1.10.0.redhat-00001 cyclonedx.xml | cyclonedx.json | spdx.rdf.xml

There are these three unusual files newly included in the maven repo zip

org/apache/commons/commons-text/1.10.0.redhat-00001/commons-text-1.10.0.redhat-00001-cyclonedx.xml
org/apache/commons/commons-text/1.10.0.redhat-00001/commons-text-1.10.0.redhat-00001.spdx.rdf.xml

It seems those were added in
https://github.com/apache/commons-parent/pull/122 and
https://github.com/apache/commons-parent/commit/97f2e5397c63e56b84ca48c821d08b017771cdae

Looking at their content I don't think we need them, unless there is a valid reason why should we include them.
