As detailed in EAP7-1861 and EAP7-1975, the test coverage related to MicroProfile Metrics has been removed from EAP MicroProfile, EAP QE Bootable JAR and EAP QE OpenShift test suites.
Agreements have been done before pre-check between ENG and QE, for ENG to provide equivalent test coverage for Micrometer in EAP XP 5, and implemented before CR1, so that it can be properly tested before being available for customers.
This blocker is to track the effort required for the above mentioned test development.
