The following patterns are missing from the table:

• %S : Request session ID

• %o: Obfuscated remote IP address, removing the last IPv4 byte or anything after the second colon (IPv6), ie. "1.2.3." or "fe08:2:"

• %R: forwarded relative path. If the request is forwarded by RequestDispacher, %R outputs the forwarded path relative to the context root, not the original request URL path as %U. If the request is not forwarded, it outputs the original request path relative to the context root.
