[GSS](7.4.z) EAP 7.4 rpm should Obsoletes: eap7-netty-all-4.1.77-3.Final_redhat_00001.1.el8eap.noarch

Upgrading to JBoss EAP 7.4 from 7.3.z other than JBoss EAP 7.3.10 as the final patch update for 7.3 stream, will leave the below package. This package is not installed if JBoss EAP 7.4.8 is newly installed.

eap7-netty-all-4.1.77-3.Final_redhat_00001.1.el8eap.noarch

The netty-all package was split into several packages in JBoss EAP 7.4.5 by JBEAP-23037, and netty-all is no longer maintained in zipped JBoss EAP. We should add Obsolete list in the rpm spec file to automatically remove it on update.
