Description
ShrinkWrap resolver API was used to reproduce this issue:
org.jboss.shrinkwrap.resolver.api.NoResolvedResultException: Unable to collect/resolve dependency tree for a resolution due to: Failed to collect dependencies at org.jboss.eap:wildfly-ejb-client-bom:pom:8.0.0.Beta-redhat-00004 -> org.apache.httpcomponents:httpclient:jar:4.5.13.redhat-00001 -> commons-codec:commons-codec:jar:1.11.0.redhat-00001, caused by: Access denied to: https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/developer/commons-codec/commons-codec/1.11.0.redhat-00001/commons-codec-1.11.0.redhat-00001.pom
In Maven repo offline ZIP there is commons-codec:commons-codec:1.15.0.redhat-00001.
Impact for the customer: They cannot use ejb-client-bom offline with Maven.
