Unable to configure Infinispan subsystem via Web Console

      1) Start the server in standalone mode

      2) Navigate to the Infinispan subsystem configuration page

      3) Try to view cache container/cache items

      When trying to configure any cache container in the Infinispan subsystem following error message is being supplied to the user

      Dispatcher error: {"WFLYCTL0062: Composite operation failed and was rolled back. Steps that failed:" => {"Operation step-1" => "WFLYCTL0030: No resource definition is registered for address [
    (\"subsystem\" => \"infinispan\"),
    (\"cache-container\" => \"*\"),
    (\"thread-pool\" => \"persistence\")
]"}}

      When trying to configure any cache container's cache following message is being displayed

      Missing metadata: [resource description] @ {selected.profile}/subsystem=infinispan/cache-container=*/local-cache=*/store=binary-jdbc

      These two errors prevent user to modify the Infinispan subsystem via Web Console
