Remove info that Batch subsystem supports gracefull shutdown

Please remove from Configuration Guide chapter Suspend and Shut Down JBoss EAP Gracefully information that Batch subsystem support graceful shutdown.
It was not designed that way (see related RFE comment) and when you try to perform graceful shutdown with running batch jobs it currently doesn't behave properly (see JBEAP-2406).
