Count messages is not working properly for JMS Queues

    Description

      Currently if we create a JMS queue called jms.queue.MyQueue the count-messages() operation will always return 0. That is because we don't append the legacy jms.queue. prefix if it is already there. We need to do the same when getting the QueueControl
