The 'enable'/'disable' operations on (xa)datasources are deprecated

concept of enabled/disabled datasource was removed from EAP

Datasource is automatically activated right after data-source add or /subsystem=datasources/data-source=ds:add command

However reload is required after data-source remove or /subsystem=datasources/data-source=ds:remove

Suggestions:

• remove step 3 "Enable the datasource" from 8.3.1. Create a Non-XA Datasource
• remove step 4 "Enable the datasource" from 8.3.2. Create an XA Datasource
• add note that server will be in reload-required state when datasource is removed to 8.5.1. Remove a Non-XA Datasource
• add note that server will be in reload-required state when datasource is removed to 8.5.2. Remove an XA Datasource
