A new AWS EAP image based on EAP 7.4.6 was build as part of EXDSP-1477. Even though it should be almost identical to the existing 7.4.0 based one, it is a new release and we need to test it properly before releasing.

This Jira is meant for planning and tracking that effort within the CP process.

This should be just a one time action and no further images are expected for EAP 7.4. Should that not be the case, it will require additional testing effort tracked in its own jira.
