      org.jboss.hal:hal-bom contains following dependency (in Maven repository bit):

      <dependency>
    <groupId>org.jboss.hal</groupId>
    <artifactId>hal-testsuite-resources</artifactId>
    <version>3.3.13.Final-redhat-00001</version>
</dependency>

      This artifact doesn't seem to exist anywhere and cannot be resolved.

      This can be observed in EAP 7.4.0 and later.
