Installing the EAP on Linux excludes the Windows specific appclient related files from bin folder.
bin/appclient.bat bin/appclient.conf.bat bin/appclient.conf.ps1 bin/appclient.ps1
EAP 7 should keep all files within the bin folder untouched except exception described in JBEAP-2141.
Didn't try the Windows, but target behaviour should be the same for all platforms.
