Update the EAP Support Life Cycle Policy page and link it from the existing JBoss Middleware Support Life Cycle page.

To provide a clearer description: This involves two steps:

1. Update the Product Life Cycle database (CPM/Sherman does this). This has the effect of the table presented on the https://access.redhat.com/product-life-cycles page (when one searches for / selects the product of interest) of being up-to-date.
2. The same database update has the effect of updating all the tables on the product life cycle pages (eg: https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/jboss_notes ). The tables rendered there use dynamically pulled data.

We only update the database AS SOON AS the release is made. Reason being it adds the GA date and we don't "announce" the GA date before the GA publicly.

All is a long way of saying, CPM will take care of this on the GA date.
