(XP 4) 'dependencies.dependency.version' for io.netty:netty-all:jar is missing

    Description

      With the base EAP upgrade 7.4.5, the issue https://issues.redhat.com/browse/JBEAP-23037 upgraded netty to version 4.1.72 which doesn't contain netty-all artifact anymore. This is breaking XP build as Reactive Messaging depends on netty-all artifact. The fix is to rewrite netty-all dependency to https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/blob/main/microprofile/reactive-messaging-smallrye/extension/pom.xml.
