    Description

When the installer tries to validate custom settings.xml (for example on the Configure Runtime -> Quickstarts -> Maven Repository screen) it ends up with an error "The provided settings.xml does not pass schema validation".

This seems to be caused by the hardcoded settings.xml shcema used by the installer (MavenSchemaValidator.java#L32) no longer being vaild.
