Some Java releases now support TLSv1.2 with PKCS#11 / FIPS mode

      Warning box in "1.2.12.1. Enable FIPS 140-2 Cryptography for SSL/TLS on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 and Later" is now out of date.

      Several versions of Java now support TLSv1.2 with PKCS#11 so box should be updated to reflect that. See https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8029661

      Updated versions include Oracle 8u192 and later, OpenJDK 8u212 and later, Java 11.0.3
