Documentation missing note that only configuration in jboss.server.config.dir is intended to be loaded

When user starts EAP, they can set path to configuration file which is relative to jboss.server.config.dir to set which configuration should be loaded and used. However this does not work properly when path to configuration file which is not in jboss.server.config.dir is passed.
