      The jboss-javaee-8.0 BOM contains the Java EE Specification API JARs used by JBoss EAP.

      This is misleading and in many cases incorrect, the Java EE Specification API JARs used by JBoss EAP are provided by jboss-eap-javaee8 BOM, so the whole "JBoss EAP Java EE Specs BOM" section should be rework to reflect this. Please note that jboss-javaee-8.0 BOM was never meant to be an EAP deliverable or exclusive, it's meant to be a common for all JBoss Projects.
