Add valid subscription annotation to EAP Operator bundle metadata

      Starting in April 2022, Red Hat Operator must state which subscriptions is valid to use the operators.

      For EAP, the valid subscriptions have been identified as 

      operators.openshift.io/valid-subscription: '["Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform", "Red Hat Runtimes", "Red Hat Integration", "Red Hat Process Automation"]'
