Unable to read jandex.idx for smallrye reactive messaging jars in XP4

      follow the readme of microprofile-reactive-messaging-kafka quickstart, in short:

      • start the server  
        $EAP_HOME/bin/standalone.sh -c standalone-microprofile.xml
      • execute arquillian tests  (you would need also XP4 maven repository and adjust example-settings.xml within it) 
        mvn clean verify -Parq-remote -s /tmp/example-settings.xml

      Running microprofile-reactive-messaging-kafka quickstart I can see warnings in server log:
