Redundant steps in (un)setting scoped roles

Section: 3.3.7.2. Configuring Scoped Roles from the Management Console

Issue description:
There are redundant steps in Adding and Removing Users to/from scoped roles. These steps seem to be legacy from 6.4 documentation and should be removed.

Suggestions for improvement:
Remove following steps:

• Login to the management console
• Click on the Administration tab
• Under the Access Control menu on the left and select Role Assignment.
• Click on the Users tab.
• Select the desired user from the table.
• Click Edit in the Selection section
• Once the desired roles have been added/removed, click Save.
