Management-https binding bound to incorrect port

Issue description:
There is used an incorrect port number several times. In EAP7 is the management-https bound to port 9993. However, the documentation says it is bound to port 9443. That is incorrect piece of information. Please, change port numbers from 9443 to 9993

Change port numbers from 9443 to 9993.
