The CI job (Linux - Full Integration - JDK 11) that runs EAP 7.4 bootable JAR tests with XP feature-pack doesn't override the Bootable JAR version to use.

A CI job parameter should be introduced to convey the following system property: -Dversion.org.wildfly.jar.plugin=6.1.1.Final-redhat-00001

Making it a blocker because there is no way to run the tests with a fix for JBEAP-22790.
