(7.4.z) Fix domain mode testsuite/integration/vdx failures on SE 17

Running the testsuite on SE 17 against the branches being used for JBEAP-22556 / EAP7-1624 results in the org.wildfly.test.integration.vdx.domain
package tests in the vdx testsuite failing.

Anyone looking into this should contact bstansbe@redhat.com before starting for more context; otherwise you'll surely waste time.

The fix for this will likely involve adding wildfly-maven-plugin execution to apply the testsuite/shared/enable-elytron-domain.cli.se17 script before running the tests.
