(7.4.z) WFLY-15179 - Update SSLEJBRemoteClientTestCase to use Elytron SSLContext when running on SE17

    Description

      SSLEJBRemoteClientTestCase cannot currently pass on SE 17 because it uses legacy security realm resources that will be rejected. If SE 17 is in use the test should use an Elytron SSL Context.

      If there is another test that already covers what this does, then AssumeTestGroupUtil can be used to disable it on SE 17.
