EAP 7.4 documentation contains reference to Eclipse Microprofile

The chapter https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_jboss_enterprise_application_platform/7.4/html/getting_started_with_jboss_eap_for_openshift_container_platform/capability-trimming-eap-foropenshift_default#available-jboss-eap-layers_default

contains information related to Eclipse Microprofile specifications that have been removed from EAP 7.4.

The following content (that occurs in 2 places):

• MicroProfile Health
• MicroProfile Metrics
• MicroProfile Config
• MicroProfile OpenTracing
  Should be replaced by:
• Health subsystem
• Metrics subsystem

The sentence: "This layer does not include MicroProfile capabilities. " should be removed.

I have a doubt for "MicroProfile REST Client". Is it still contained in jaxrs, and in any case should we mention it?
