The s2i build documentation doesn't suggest setting template params for EAP OpenJDK 8 based images

Looking at https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_jboss_enterprise_application_platform/7.4/html/getting_started_with_jboss_eap_for_openshift_container_platform/build_run_java_app_s2i#deploy_eap_s2i

we can see that there is a note (procedure -> 1. -> first NOTE) about setting the value for EAP_IMAGE_NAME and EAP_RUNTIME_IMAGE_NAME template parameters in the OpenJ9 JDK case.

The same should be stated clearly - not just in the example command) to cover the case of the OpenJDK 8 images, which wouldn't be found by any EAP 74 template (which carries openjdk11 image names as defaults) without setting the param values.
