As described under WFCORE-5522 the SSL security commands are based on assumptions about the default configuration which are being broken by removing legacy security when SE 17 is used, the commands will need to be updated to be more tolerant of the new configuration and then the test case in the basic test suite revisiting to adjust accordingly.
As an example the test assumes the https-listener resource does not reference an ssl-context at the start, that will no longer be true. Additionally the test should possibly be set up to restore a snapshot at the end as it may not be appropriate for the security commands to leave the configuration in a pristine state.
