[7.4] Deprecate org.jboss.resteasy.resteasy-spring

    Description

      In WFLY-15705 the org.jboss.resteasy.resteasy-spring module will be removed from WildFly. This may be temporary, but for now we should deprecate this in JBoss EAP 7.4.

      This is being removed, again at least temporarily, for Jakarta EE 9/10 support. There is currently no version of Spring targeting the Jakarta namespace rename. This means for WildFly and JBoss EAP to move forward it would have to be transformed, but it also means there is no version of Spring it would actually work with.
