(7.4.z) Remove leftover translations of microprofile from 7.4.x branch

Translations of MicroProfile[1] exist in both 7.4.x and xp-4.0.x branch, as all micro profile stuff are in xp-4.0.x branch, we should remove them from 7.4.x branch.

They're likely not being packaged in the dist at all, but it won't hurt to remove them

[1] All .properties files in microprofile//src/main/resources/org/wildfly/microprofile/*
