This is a follow-up issue for JBEAP-22064 to track the issue being discussed there, that scale down of a distributable web app causes small data leaks for DeploymentConfig.
1. Setup distributable application on OCP using DeploymentConfig
2. Generate Load using jmeter
3. Scale down and up in loop e.g. each 3 minutes
4. After load ended there are some sessions left (should be 0)
