[1] describes how to enable FIPS 140-2 on RHEL. The step 3 describes how to configure FIPS on RHEL, but it is obsolete, since fips.provider.* security properites have been introduced
in the latest JDK so that `fips-mode-setup --enable` on RHEL enable FIPS in JDK. Please update the doc to recommend ` fips-mode-setup --enable`.
