Right before 2.4.1, there is a description as follows [1].
"Requests are tracked by the request-controller subsystem. Without request-controller subsystem, suspend and resume capabilities are limited,..."
This is technically accurate, but without the request-controller subsystem the capabilities are so limited that many customers may not recognize that they exist at all. So my proposal is to add the word 'very' before 'limited'.
The sentence does go on to illustrate the most important and likely relevant to users way in which the capabilities are limited, so a simple 'very' is enough IMHO.
