Fix issues in CRW devFiles for XP3

    Description

      The CRW devFiles examples aren't working properly:

      • Openshift profile doesn't make sense in XP3 devFile using the server image
      • the devFile for bootable-jar is not able to create workspace
      • "hot update" devFile command doesn't work in the devFile for bootable-jar
