Transitives licenses from eap-expansion-pack module are added to the generated microprofile-feature-pack-licenses.xml file

QE acceptance pipeline license test for XP3 is failing because there are licenses that are present in both microprofile-feature-pack-licenses.xml and licenses.xml but they are not equal.

The problem is related to module org.jboss.eap:eap-expansion-pack that is bringing some transitive dependencies into the generated microprofile-feature-pack-licenses.xml file.

To fix that issue, a exclusion of the transitive dependencies of module org.jboss.eap:eap-expansion-pack is required.
