[7.4.0.GA] Convert standalone to stand-alone in accordance with the IBM Style Guide

The new IBM Style Guide recommends to use "stand-alone" in place of "standalone".

The purpose of this JIRA is to track the conversion of such terminology throughout the JBoss EAP product docs. The change will apply across all five documentation repositories, which equates to > 20 guides.
